Signature
4+ implants per arch; 2 temporary arches and 1 final zirconia arch.
5-year prosthesis warranty.
Diamond (FP1)
6+ implants per arch; 2 temporary arches and 1 final premium zirconia arch with a titanium bar. No artificial pink gum portion.
8-year prosthesis warranty.
All three fixed options: lifetime fracture coverage for implant fixtures only. This is not lifetime coverage for the replacement teeth or coverage for all causes of implant failure.
Removable options
Foundation
Upper or lower traditional denture, without implants; 1 healing denture and 1 final acrylic denture. Grafts are excluded.
2-year prosthesis warranty; no implant warranty applies.
Anchor
Lower-only snap-in denture with 2 implants per arch; 1 healing denture and 1 final acrylic snap-in denture.
2-year prosthesis warranty and 5-year implant warranty.
Anchor+
Upper or lower snap-in denture with 4 implants per arch; 1 healing denture and 1 final acrylic snap-in denture.

The True Smile Warranty
- Transition hybrid PMMA prosthesis: 2 years.
- Signature zirconia prosthesis: 5 years.
- Diamond (FP1) premium zirconia prosthesis: 8 years.
- Fixed-option implant fixtures only: lifetime fracture coverage—not all-cause implant failure coverage or lifetime replacement-teeth coverage.
- Foundation, Anchor, and Anchor+ prostheses: 2 years.
- Anchor and Anchor+ implants: 5 years. Foundation uses no implants.
Request the written terms before treatment, including when coverage starts, covered events, exclusions, maintenance requirements, and any related costs. Coverage is not a guarantee that an implant or prosthesis cannot fail.
The True Smile Care Kit
Ask the team which items are included in the Care Kit for your plan and how to use them. Follow your own postoperative instructions rather than assuming every patient needs the same supplies.
The True Smile Care Plan
The True Smile Care Plan combines professional cleaning, checks of gums and implant components, imaging when needed, and practical home-care guidance. Visit timing follows your individual needs.
